Exclusive Service ideally requires more time e.g. for a 2nd or 3rd clean for heavily stained items but, Exclusive Service could also be on an Express if customers require items to be ready within 48hr.

All items must be received by 10:00am to be ready for collection for 4:00pm on the same day. We will do our best to accommodate customers where items are brought after 10:00am. If items could not be made ready on the same day they will be allotted the next day service. We reserve the right to refuse e.g. delicate or unusual items which are deemed too risky. No liability is accepted for delays in service due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
